"While we are committed to our clients, we do not forget our duty to the community."
We believe in compassion and reaching out to our community. That is way in 2011, we sold this high-end SL 600 Mercedes Benz and donated all of the proceeds to the Anaheim Police Association. As a philanthropist, I feel that as our business continues to succeed, we have an obligation to give back to the community.
We encourage everyone to do the same. We encourage everyone to reach out a helping hand to your fellow neighbors. Participate and donate in your local charities, such as, YMCA, local churches, senior centers, hospitals, schools. Don’t forget your local police and fire departments! Remember, businesses and the local community need to help each other to grow.

Attorneys and legal staff confer regularly to analyze and evaluate every case in order to determine how best to obtain a maximum recovery on each Judgment enforcement case in our offices.
A FEW OF OUR SUCCESS STORIES!!!
This Cessna 414 airplane is our
most recent prize possession.Having seven passenger seats
and a fair market value of approximately $500,000, it is
considered the crowning jewel of the judgment enforcement
industry. It was a recovery from a court judgment entered on or about
March 27, 2008. The Judgment was assigned to us on
November 18, 2008, and it was seized on
December 3, 2008, just THREE WEEKS after the assignment. This airplane was hidden under a corporate veil owned and operated by the judgment debtor. After vigorous research and numerous ex-parte court appearances, we were able to find its location and seize it inside a hanger facility leased by the judgment debtor.Unbeknownst to the judgment debtor, we aggressively pursued and tracked down his airplane and other assets, such as his bank accounts; and, despite the fact judgment debtor was constantly moving his airplane between various airports, through repeated ex-parte applications with the court we were able to counter the changing circumstances by anticipating the final location of the airplane, and thereafter taking its custody by removing it to a different hanger in the same airport. Needless to say, the judgment debtor was very surprised when he received a notice from us on the day we seized his airplane. Shortly thereafter, the judgment debtor agreed to surrender title, log books and keys to his airplane in exchange for a full satisfaction of the judgment against him.
